1. Booking and Prepayment

All bookings made via Apartment.az require prepayment to confirm the reservation. The prepayment amount and deadline will be specified at the time of booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the prepayment is received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and are communicated before booking confirmation. Any refund in the event of a cancellation will be subject to the specific policy of the reserved property. Prepayments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are obliged to respect the property, comply with house rules, and avoid causing damage. Any damage caused during the stay must be fully compensated by the guest. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene, order, and security of the property throughout their stay.

4. Property Owner Services

Property owners using Apartment.az authorize us to manage reservations, guest check-ins, prepayments, and service coordination on their behalf. Owners agree to maintain their property in accordance with appropriate hospitality standards. Apartment.az is not liable for disputes between owners and guests or for personal belongings lost or damaged during a stay.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apartment.az acts solely as an intermediary between guests and property owners and does not bear responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during a guest's stay. All payments are processed through certified third-party payment systems.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, the parties shall first seek to resolve them amicably. Apartment.az is not obliged to participate in alternative consumer dispute resolution procedures. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

7. Amendments

Apartment.az reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our website.
